![]() I posted on Friday that I was warming up to "For Evigt" /"The Bliss". I overall love the pacing of the album and composition. It's a rock album, not a metal album, but that is totally fine. Overall I'm very satisfied with the new album. ![]() I don't know why, I reckon it is because of Michael's amazing vocals in these. I have had goosebumps, listening to three of the songs now Black Rose, Mary Jane Kelly and one I can't remember. This album has grown on me, and I hope it will continue to do so. I love Black Rose, I love Mary Jane Kelly and I love The Loa's Crossroad. The more I listen to this, the stronger the album become. Furthermore, Rob is great with the solos and bass guitar with Jon delivering a great performance on the drums. ![]() He doesn't put a foot wrong in the album's entirety. Michael has really found his true voice in this album. After several listens though, I found that I can acccept this album much more than OG&SL though, as I have accepted the change from metal to rock. Anyway, my initial thoughts after the first listen were that this album wasn't their strongest to say the least. ![]() I got a good talk with him about the album and Michael. ![]() It was a contest anyone could participate in, to get to meet the producer, Jacob Hansen, and listen to the new album early. I listened to the album the day before with 40 other people in Denmark. My thoughts, after a lot of run-throughs, are as follows: Favorite song, this album compared to the others and other details about the album. I want to hear your thoughts about the new album. ![]()
